Ich stimme der Aussage nur teilweise zu. Homeoffice hat zweifellos viele Vorteile, aber es sollte nicht zur ausschließlichen Norm werden.
Was für das Arbeiten von zu Hause spricht: Man spart Zeit und Geld für den Arbeitsweg, kann flexibler seinen Tag gestalten und hat oft mehr Ruhe für konzentriertes Arbeiten. Gerade für Eltern mit kleinen Kindern kann dies eine große Erleichterung sein.
Allerdings gibt es auch erhebliche Nachteile. Der persönliche Austausch mit Kollegen geht verloren, was sich negativ auf die Teamdynamik und Kreativität auswirken kann. Viele Menschen berichten auch von Schwierigkeiten, Beruf und Privatleben zu trennen, wenn beides am selben Ort stattfindet. Zudem ist nicht jeder Beruf für Homeoffice geeignet - denken wir nur an Handwerker, Pflegekräfte oder Verkäufer.
Meiner Ansicht nach ist ein hybrides Modell am sinnvollsten: einige Tage im Büro für Meetings und Teamarbeit, einige Tage zu Hause für konzentriertes Arbeiten. So verbindet man die Vorteile beider Arbeitsformen.

What is the Goethe-Zertifikat B2 Writing test?
Since the 2019 revision the Writing module has two parts and lasts 75 minutes: Part 1 is an argumentative forum post with four content points (about 150 words, 60 points), Part 2 is a message to a named person (about 100 words, 40 points, e.g. your manager or course leader). There is no chart or statistic to describe.
How do I write a good forum post?
State your opinion clearly, support it with arguments and examples. Address different perspectives. Use structure words like "On one hand/On the other hand", "Furthermore", "In summary".
What kind of text is Part 2 at B2?
Part 2 is a message to a named person (about 100 words, 40 points) – for example your manager or course leader. The four content points are deliberately printed in random order: "Think about a suitable order for the content points." The order counts towards coherence. A greeting and closing are required, and the register must fit the person ("Sie" for a manager). It is not a complaint or application letter.
How many points do I need to pass?
Each of the four modules (Reading, Listening, Writing, Speaking) is scored out of 100 points and must be passed separately with at least 60 points (60%). A weak module cannot be compensated by another; you can retake a failed module on its own.
How long is the certificate valid?
The Goethe certificate does not officially expire. However, many universities, authorities and employers expect a certificate issued within roughly the last two years.
