Typical formats: complaint letters, applications, inquiries, claims. Important are the correct salutation ("Dear Sir/Madam"), formal language, and polite requests.
At least 60% (30 out of 50 points). Each part brings a maximum of 25 points. Important: The writing section must be passed separately.
