Read the task carefully. Answer every point in the task description.

Use polite expressions: "Could you...", "I would like...", "I am sorry..."

Give reasons

Always explain why: "I cannot come because..."

What is the Goethe-Zertifikat A2 Writing test?

How does A2 differ from A1 Writing?

In A2, messages are longer (40 instead of 30 words) and topics are more complex. You must communicate more information and address multiple points.

What topics appear in A2?

Typical topics: planning/canceling vacation, asking neighbors for help, giving recommendations, organizing group activities, asking for help.

How many points do I need to pass?

You need at least 60% of the total points. Each part (Part 1 and Part 2) can bring a maximum of 20 points.
